EARLY BIRD BONUS
Register and pay for your class 5 days prior to the scheduled start date, you will receive complimentary attendance to a Safety Seminar.
Please note that the Safety Seminar is included partially in Obedience, K9 Rehab and the Puppy Class.
RESCUE DISCOUNT: Pack Leader Fitness would like
to advocate adopting a rescue as an excellent option for dog owners!
Simply bring in proof of adoption along with the registration form and
proof of vaccination to receive a 25% discount on class fees for dogs
that have been rescued.
*This discount can not be combined
with any other promotion. Discount applies to the first registration
and can not be used for additional classes.
Policies:
To
get the most from your training, class attendance is very important. If
you miss a class, you can 'make it up' by attending another class of
similar level, if one is available. However, classes are usually booked
to capacity and it's sometimes difficult to absorb additional dogs into
other classes. Alternatively, you can schedule a private lesson with a
trainer. It's $35 for 30 min or $60/hour for this service.
Cancellations, Missed Classes, Pro-Rating:
Although
Pack Leader Fitness strives to be as flexible as possible to
meet everyone's needs and schedules, we are not always able to do
that due to location scheduling conflicts.
There will be no refunds after the first class has
begun. However, we're happy to allow you to attend another class at a
later date that better suits your schedule, or schedule private lessons. We do not pro-rate our classes. If you join a class after the start date
(ie: second or third week) or do not attend class, the full price is in effect. You will not be reimbursed for missing classes. There is a minimum of 4 dogs required per class - if the registration
does not meet this quota, the class will be postponed until a later
date. In
the event that a class does not meet it's quota, you will have the
choice of waiting for the next round of classes or receiving a full
refund. Private consultations and private obedience classes must be used within
12 months of the first visit. We Suggest booking all the times and
dated for your private lessons upfront.
